These Terms govern your use of pump.archi and the PUMP.archi interface (the “Service”) operated by pump.archi (“PUMP.archi”, “we”). By connecting a wallet or signing in, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What PUMP.archi is
PUMP.archi is a non-custodial interface to smart contracts deployed on Arc mainnet. The interface helps you launch fixed-supply creator tokens paired with USDC on Uniswap v4, trade them, and take part in holders-only community features. All transactions execute onchain from your own wallet. PUMP.archi does not hold funds, set prices, act as a counterparty, or guarantee any outcome.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and legally able to enter into these Terms.
- You may not use the Service if you are located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, or if you are subject to sanctions. [List restricted jurisdictions here after review by counsel.]
- You are responsible for determining whether your use of the Service, including launching a market or holding a token, is lawful where you are.
3. Your wallet and account
Access is through your own wallet or an embedded wallet created by Privy when you sign in with X. You are solely responsible for securing your keys and for every transaction signed from your wallet. PUMP.archi cannot reverse transactions, recover keys or freeze funds. We may link a wallet to a social identity you connect, and display that identity next to markets you launch or messages you post.
4. Launching a market
When you launch a market you confirm that: you have the right to use the name, symbol, image and description you submit; they are not misleading, do not impersonate anyone, and do not infringe anyone’s rights; and you will not represent the token as an investment, a security, or as backed by anything it is not. Launch metadata is pinned to IPFS and is public and permanent. Creator fee splits you configure are enforced by the contract and cannot be changed by PUMP.archi.
5. Trading
Trades route through PUMP.archi’s Trade Router and the market’s Uniswap v4 pool. Fees are stated in the docs and may change for future markets with notice on the Transparency page; fees already coded into deployed contracts cannot change. You accept the risks described in the Risk disclosures, which are part of these Terms.
6. Content
You retain ownership of content you post and grant PUMP.archi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it within the Service. You may not post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, infringing, or that solicits investment or promotes another market with false claims. Creators moderate their own community features; PUMP.archi may also remove content or restrict accounts that breach these Terms, and may cooperate with lawful requests.
7. Acceptable use
- No market manipulation, wash trading, or coordinated deception.
- No attempts to exploit, overload or interfere with the Service, its RPC gateway, or the underlying contracts.
- No scraping beyond the documented public API, and no use of the Service to launder funds or evade sanctions.
8. Revenue share for ARCHI NFT holders
If and when PUMP.archi deploys a distributor contract, the platform’s share of protocol fees may be made claimable by holders of ARCHI NFTs under parameters published on the Transparency page. Such distributions are discretionary, depend on trading activity, may be zero, and may be modified, paused or discontinued, including to comply with law. Holding an NFT gives no ownership of, or claim against, PUMP.archi or any entity. [Review with counsel before activation.]
9. Intellectual property
The PUMP.archi name, logo and interface are ours. The smart contracts are published under their stated licences. Third-party names, tickers and logos shown for quote assets belong to their owners and are displayed for identification only.
10. No advice; disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong; always verify onchain. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PUMP.archi disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PUMP.archi and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for any loss of funds, tokens, profits or data, arising from your use of the Service, the contracts, third-party infrastructure, or the actions of creators and other users. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to PUMP.archi in the 12 months before the claim. [Adjust to local law.]
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify PUMP.archi against claims arising from your content, your markets, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms; the date at the top changes when we do, and material changes will be announced on the Service. We may suspend or restrict access to the interface at any time. The onchain contracts continue to operate independently of the interface.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of pump.archi. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of pump.archi, unless mandatory consumer law where you live provides otherwise.
