This notice explains what pump.archi (“PUMP.archi”) collects when you use pump.archi, why, and what your choices are. Blockchains are public: anything you send onchain is visible to everyone forever and is not covered by this notice.
1. What we collect
| Data | Source | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Wallet addresses | Your wallet / Privy | Show balances, credit creator fees, index your trades |
| Social identity (X username, display name, avatar URL, provider ID) | Privy, only if you sign in with X or link it | Show your handle on markets and community features; verify social fee recipients |
| Launch metadata (name, symbol, description, logo, website) | You | Pinned publicly to IPFS as the token’s metadata |
| Community content (announcements, reactions, images) | You | Operate the room; visible to other eligible holders |
| Push subscription | Your browser, only if you enable notifications | Send the alerts you asked for |
| Technical logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) | Your browser | Rate limiting, abuse prevention, debugging; kept briefly |
| Preferences (theme, view mode, approve-once) | Your browser’s local storage | Remember your settings; never sent to us |
We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, government IDs or payment card details. If you buy USDC with a card, the onramp provider collects what it needs directly from you under its own policy.
2. Who else processes data
- Privy — authentication, embedded wallets, funding flows.
- Pinata / IPFS — public storage of launch metadata and logos.
- TheCusp — Arc RPC provider; sees the transactions and calls the app makes on your behalf.
- Render — hosting and database.
- Onramp and bridge providers you choose to use from the Fund panel.
- Logo and embed services — asset logos are loaded from public logo sources and X posts pasted into community features may render X embeds; those providers receive your IP address when your browser fetches them.
3. Cookies and local storage
We use no advertising cookies. Privy sets the cookies it needs to keep you signed in. Local storage holds your preferences and read markers. You can clear both in your browser at any time.
4. Retention
Indexed onchain data and pinned metadata are permanent by nature. Community content stays until you or the creator deletes it or the market is removed. Technical logs are kept for a short operational window. [State exact periods after review.]
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EEA and UK), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold, to object to certain processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Contact support@pump.archi. We cannot alter or delete data that lives on the blockchain or on IPFS.
6. Children
The Service is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. Changes
We will update this notice when our practices change and bump the date at the top.
